Being offered for auction is a vintage 1930s 40s Rotory Brand parlor guitar. 

Size: The guitar measures 37 inches long.  The body measures 13 inches at the widest portion, 9 1/4 inches near the neck and 18 1/4 inches long.  From the top of the headstock to the body measures 18 3/4 inches.  At the nut the neck measures 1 7/8 inches wide.  At the 12th fret the sting height from the fretboard is approximately 1/8 inches.  There are 18 frets.   

Condition:  The guitar is in good condition however, it will be sold "as is" due to delamination of the soundboard.  Near the neck you can slide a fingernail in the small delamnation area and at the opposite end on the body is a larger delamination area.  These areas can be seen in the pictures. The neck is tight and appears straight.  In the pictures you will view light scratching that is commensurate to age and use.  The case is not in good condition.  It does latch and will protect guitar.
